School’s out for summer and we want to celebrate by kicking off with a summer bash! Join us as we play, eat and dance our way to the biggest summer party around town!

Meet us at the Deptford Eventure Center for the Greatest Show in NJ! This week will be all about carnival games, activities, and maybe even sharing your special talents. Join your camp friends and counselors under the big sky and play the old classic carnival games.

Each day we will celebrate a holiday in which activities will be centered around that particular holiday-Christmas in July? Let’s do this!

Like getting colorful? Camp will be all about the colors and competitions every day, which will include our fan theme – Color War! This week is typically one of the camp favorites, so register early.

Discover different country cultures, and food from various countries around the world.

This week it allows everyone to compete with a variety of acts whether it be singing or that “special unusual” talent that no one has ever seen. Parents and Grandparents at the end of the week will be invited to see this ultimate talent show.

Shhhhhhhh it’s a mystery, get ready to be surprised!

Get ready to be messy, sticky, grubby, grimy, scruffy mucky, a camper favorite among other camps!

Let's go back in time to celebrate some of our favorite decades! Break out the bell bottoms or poodle skirt for Wacky Wednesday and let's get jiggy with it. It will be a totally rad, groovy, bodacious time.

Let’s boost camper spirit! Each day campers will be able to display spirit through wacky clothes or even a wacky hair day. Campers will be given a task for the next day what that spirit day will entail.

Between a scavenger hunt and searching for clues for hidden treasures and prizes these clues will all lead to the Big Event to end the summer of fun!

Goals & Philosophy
CAMP EVENTURE! believes in providing comprehensive camp programs, which foster the social, cultural, physical and emotional development of children. We create opportunities for children to enhance their self-esteem, build friendships, develop greater independence and give them a sense of their creative potential in a safe, fun and nurturing environment.
Encourage each child to make friends and have fun in a safe nurturing environment
Broaden each child’s horizons with new and different experiences ranging from the creative to the physical activites throughout our camp day.
To encourage creativity and imagination in each child
Build strength of character, courage, determination, and focus by encouraging sound decision making skills
Encourage children to emulate positive role models in camp staff
Encourage willingness to accept guidance when challenged with a decision, giving each child the freedom to feel confident in their choices

What Makes CAMP EVENTURE Special?
There are many things to consider when choosing a summer camp for your child. So what is different about CAMP EVENTURE? A few things:
Our 22,000 square foot facility has an indoor gym area for all types of indoor recreational activities such as basketball, indoor soccer, dodgeball, gaga courts to just name a few. We also have four large rooms where activities are held to stimulate creativity with arts and crafts, music, and other creative activities each day. Best of all we have a concession stand and eating area connected to an arcade area where campers can enjoy some down time while enjoying a snack and playing some awesome arcade games. We also have an outdoor are with an ashphalt playing area as well as grass area so campers can enjoy both the indoors and outdoors!
Our camp curriculum is values-based. Caring, honesty, respect, and accountability/responsibility are the basis of a great camp experience.
We’re community friendly. Our prices are based on residency in Deptford and surrounding areas. We want our residents to take full advantage of a great summer program as well as make it affordable for all to attend. We are parent friendly. Register for just one week or all eleven weeks! We also offer extended day programs for working parents.

Extended Hours M-F 7am-6pm
OPTIONS
Grades Entering: Kindergarten-7th
Camp Weeks: 1-11
Before Care: 7am–9am
After Care: 4pm–6pm
2024 CAMP RATES
Camp 9am-4pm: as low as $235/weekly
Multiple Siblings: 10% for your second child (same household) and 15% for each additional child!
*Upon registration a $30 non-refundable deposit is required for each week of camp, per camper. The deposit will be deducted from total fee balance of camp for each week.
CAMP STRUCTURE
The camp structure will be set up into six age groups as follows:
Micro Boys & Girls (Entering Grades K-1), Junior Boys & Girls (Entering Grades 2-3), Senior Boys & Girls (Entering Grades 4-5), Extreme (Entering Grades 6-7)
Our goal is to introduce children to as many new experiences as possible and help each child feel comfortable and secure in a fun, safe camp environment.
Our weekly camp themes create an atmosphere of fun and learning at the same time. The themes guide the weekly activities like arts & craft, nature exploration, games, and team building activities. Each week will have Special events which may include a super sloppy messy slide, color run, dance parties, talent shows, and much more.

Each camper at different times of the day gets a chance in schedule
SPECIAL EVENTS
Each camper will experience a variety of special events each theme week in addition to their camp program throughout the summer

When you drop your child off at camp, we know that you are trusting us to provide high-quality care. With a low, 10:1 camper-to-staff ratio, each child receives the attention they need to grow in a safe, supportive environment.
EVERYONE BELONGS!
We believe in serving the needs of all members of our surrounding community. We have structured our prices to benefit the residents of Deptford and keep at a lower cost than competitive camps.
CARING AND WELL TRAINED STAFF!
We have experience! The owners and core leadership of CAMP EVENTURE! Camp has over a combined 50 year’s experience in the Day Camping industry, we know what parents and kids want!
We believe that our staff is our greatest resource. Each of our staff undergoes a series of interviews, reference checks, and a complete background/criminal history check.
Our directors are made up of experience people who are currently or eventual working professionals in the fields of education and child development.
Our senior staff is at least 18 years of age with prior experience working with children. We target Education majors or other Fields of Study regarding to working with school-age children.
All staff complete 20 hours of camp training and our leadership and senior staff is certified in First Aid and CPR.
